Storyline

Proceeding the events of Alkilai lake, the X-men and Brotherhood parted ways after their magnifigant team up to help one another. In the process losing a few precious friends through death and misunderstanding while the rest of the world continues on blissfully ignorant of the troubles mutants and humans will still come to face.

Charles Xavier and his men were presented with the oppurtunity to stop all possible negative actions with the on coming threat of the mutant registeration act, while America's current leader seemed wary of his intruder's on white house soil he understood right away with the truth of a few papers right in his face.

It was one obstacle overcome that has lasted the last three years in New York City and the rest of America however it has not stopped many anti-mutant protests and hate crimes, nor has it stopped anti-human mutants from continuing their heinous acts against humanity in other parts of the world.

While all are very human, they consider themselves a race apart from each other and there seems to be no end in sight that their prejudices will stop any time soon.

But there are a few who hope in this world, hope that someday this will lead to peace and harmony among all mankind. The question is; how long before that dream is achieved or even answered on some mininum level?

Currently the world's sometimes violatle events have been subued into a semi-quiet that is slowly escalating back into the uprising seen no more than two years ago.

America's next election is coming on strongly, quick and fierce with new canidates cropping up from east to west, north and south; all with their own agendas and promises, mudslinging light but will surely ring heavy.

There are a few who promise the regiseration act and more, that all mutants will be marked and seen because 'they promise danger' even if they mean no harm at all. Mutant children and workers will forced to their workstations everyday in order to keep tabs with their needless fears and paranoia kept at bay, even so much as a day missed is cause for police interrogation.

There even appear to be some canidates that are deceitful and misleading in their deeds, some mutant leaders speculate if not agree that this will turn into a nazi regime, that America will be what germany, poland and many other places once were and that we will be forced into hiding and the fighting will only lead to a war coming unlike any other.

And There are those promising to work toward a goal that some pascifist pray and hope for everyday; to reach a understanding among all and bring a better and understanding world to this god given soil.

But there are those, aggressive mutants, who are making this seem like it really is the only answer; for surpression toward the one's who are different and only wish to be accepted as living breathing persons who are defined simply by a power, a gift, they cannot help.

It's a sad rock and stone to be in; stuck as the few, the many and the mighty who will not stop to even neogoiate without fear, hate, and resentment.

'A war is coming, Charles.' a once very good and dear friend said to me, and I am not giving up the dream that I know will come true, but I cannot lie to myself upon seeing the things that are coming undone before my very eyes at the frail and tender anchors this world weighs upon.

How can we hope to co-exist in a world that only we as people can make right? When every man is afraid of another and that man afraid of that man? How can we hope for change... if none of us are willing to change ourselves? and accept the things we cannot change.

But we can hope... to you I promise, that we can.

Let us band together and make our way through the trials and tribulations ahead.

Here's to you good friends,
Professor C. Xavier
