When asked what universe, this means that if you're not applying for a character from the first two movies then which X-Men dimension/universe are you taking your character from.

Such as; Alex summers - X-Men (Second Series) Alex Summers (Uncanny X-Men), Alex Summers (X-Men: Legends) ecetra, ecetra, ecetra.

History: (A nice synopsis or elaboration is good enough.)

When applying for a group. This would make a character you're choosing taking residence as the leader. This application is only needed if you plan on taking control of a group with one of your characters or a character you're applying for. It's not to tell us what group your character is in, but what group your character is leading.
